Imprese

  • lo sviluppo di relazioni tendenzialmente persistenti e affidabili al fine di conseguire finalità comuni e/o sinergiche;

The Business Networks embody possible architectures of cooperation based on the development of relations and connections – oriented to “persistence” and reliability – between two or more parties, generally operating on their own, which through interdependence, complementarity and coordination, and on the base of mutual expectations, work and share resources to achieve common (or synergistic) aims and objectives.

This brief definition of network consents to highlight those that are to be considered the two key elements characterizing the Business Networks:

  • Development of persistent and reliable relations, meant to achieve a common and/or synergistic goals;
  • Coexistence of autonomy and interdependence, among the actors involved in the network.

The cardinal elements are the goals and objectives the network was created and developed for. The prevalence of the purpose on the social bond.
